The events of the past few weeks have changed the way most of us live, work, study and carry on with daily life. Nevertheless, we refuse to give up hope and are confident that things can only get better.
We at Networtix take the threats posed by COVID-19 very seriously. We feel especially humbled and inspired by the sacrifices of our front-line men and women and their families and loved ones.
We are doing our small part to help with the requirements of the stay-at-home orders issued by many regions and provinces. We acknowledge that this has created an increase in demand for online services and remote connectivity needs. As part of our commitment to our customers, we have put together an emergency response team. The purpose of this team is to ensure business continuity for our existing customers by making sure that our infrastructure is operating efficiently to handle this increase in demand. We also understand that business needs are changing very rapidly. Our technical teams are on high alert to respond to this fluid situation.
We are here to help. If you are not an existing customer and need immediate solutions, technical assistance, or help with any IT or connectivity related issues, I want you to know that we are here for you. We value long-lasting relationships with our communities, partners, and customers over anything else.
